Boost your breastfeeding confidence and come learn about what to expect during the first month of breastfeeding! This class is perfect for you whether you are welcoming your first baby and don't know anything about breastfeeding or your 5th baby and hoping to learn more.

We will chat about:

  • How milk is made

  • Three tips to help baby latch

  • Introducing a bottle

  • What to do when breastfeeding hurts

  • How to know if baby is getting enough

Class includes a goodie bag, presentation handouts, and time to ask your most burning breastfeeding questions.

About your instructor:

Jess McKee is a lactation consultant (IBCLC) offering in-home and telehealth breastfeeding support. She has been a NICU nurse for 10 years and she loves teaching new parents how to feed and care for their babies! When she's not talking about breastfeeding, snuggling babies, or drinking coffee, she's wrangling her 3 kiddos at home in Moorpark.
