Introduction to Infant Massage

Infant massage is a fun and relaxing way to bond with your baby. In this class, you will learn:

• The benefits of infant massage for baby and parents

• How to identify the right time to massage your baby

• Ideal supplies to use for massage

• Massage strokes to do with your baby

You'll receive handouts with the massage strokes and a bottle of massage oil to take home with you.

I would LOVE for your baby to join us in class, but if they are unable to attend, you can bring a baby doll to practice with.

About your instructor:

Jess is a lactation consultant (IBCLC) offering in-home and telehealth breastfeeding support. She has been a NICU nurse for 10 years and she loves teaching new parents how to care for their babies. She is certified through the International Association of Infant Massage and can't wait to share the joy of infant massage with you and your baby!
