This class is designed for anyone in the community looking to educate themselves on first aid and specifically cpr and choking. This class is great for expecting families, family members, and babysitters. This is not a certification course, but is designed by the American Heart Association.

Colette Wagholikar, RN, BSN, RNC-OB, AHA certified instructor 8 years in high risk labor and delivery, owner and director of My Friend’s a Nurse, childbirth, family and nursing education and coaching virtually and in the Ventura, Los Angeles and Santa Clarita counties. Mother to two beautiful daughters, living in Simi Valley after growing up in Northridge. Passionate about empowering families in their own healthcare and birth journeys.
